General terms of sale and delivery:



Delivery:

Goods will be delivered at buyer`s risk.


Payment:

The goods sold and delivered by the artist shall continue to be the artist`s property until full settlement of payment.


Export:

All prices are based of EURO. The artist has the right to change the prize dueto the fluctuation of the exchange rate. Overseas export will only be effected by payment cheque in advance or by irrevocable documentary of credit.


Other:

All products are individuallly handmade. Therefore they can perhaps show differences to the samples and of course these differences are no reason for claims. All agreements are subject to german law.
